Members of Council 5714 may register for this website here. You must be a member of Council 5714 in good standing, have a valid membership card, and be on the active roster for this website in order to register. All registrations are subject to verification by the Worthy Financial Secretary or other officals of the Council with authority over this website. All fields below are required fields and must be filled in completely.

have a membership card, you must contct the
Worthy Financial Secretary.
Choose A Username:
Uniquely identifies you when logging in.
Cannot contain spaces
Date of Birth:
Enter your date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy).
Email Address:
Enter a valid email address.
Choose A Password:
Must be a minimum of 5 characters. Type in password
twice and both fields must match. 		Enter Password Re-Enter Password
Choose A Secret Question:
Additional security feature used for such things as
username/password recovery, or for additional security
checks where applicable. 		Secret Question Answer To Secret Question
