Directions to OLPH Church

Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish and Church is just 15 minutes outside of Philadelphia, PA. If you're coming to our Church for Mass or any Church-related event, the following directions will hopefully assist in your travels.

FROM THE NJ TURNPIKE
Take the NJ Turnpike to Exit 4 and proceed on to Route 73 North. Follow 73 North (towards Philadelphia) approximately 2 miles into Maple Shade, passing Route 38 and a water tower on the left along the way. After passing Fox Meadow Apartments on the right, you will come to the exit for Route 537 (if you come to the interchange where 73 merges with Route 90 and Route 130, you went too far). The exit is marked by an uphill ramp on the right just before an overpass. Make a left at the top of the ramp and cross over Route 73 (this is Main St. in Maple Shade). Continue about .5 miles on Main St. (approximately 3-4 blocks) and the Church will be on the left hand side at the intersection of Main St. & Fellowship Rd. (make a left at the intersection and the Church is immediately on the right). Parking is around the block behind the Church building.

FROM I-295
Take Exit 36B for Route 73 North and follow the directions as if you were coming from the NJ Turnpike (I-295 is about .25 - .5 miles North of the exit for the Turnpike).

FROM PA TURNPIKE
Take the PA Turnpike East towards NJ. Cross over the Turnpike Bridge into New Jersey, proceed a few miles and follow the signs on to NJ Turnpike South towards Delaware. Take the Turnpike to exit 4 and follow the directions above from the NJ Turnpike.

FROM PHILADELPHIA/CENTER CITY
Take the Ben Franklin Bridge into New Jersey. Go approximately 2 miles and follow the signs for Route 38 East. Stay on 38 East for a mile or so and take the exit for Haddonfield Rd (the exit is marked by an uphill ramp on the right just after the overpass). If you pass the Cherry Hill Mall on the left, you went too far. At the top of the exit, merge onto Haddonfield Rd. and cross over Route 38 (the mall will be visible on your right hand side at this point). Stay on Haddonfield Rd. about 3 lights until you come to Maple Ave. If you pass the Pennsauken Country club on the right, you went too far. Make a right onto Maple Ave. and go approximately .5 – 1 mile into Maple Shade (Maple Ave. turns into Main St. in Maple Shade) and the Church will be on the right hand side at the intersection of Main St. & Fellowship Road (make a right onto Fellowship and the Church will be immediately on the right). Parking is around the block behind the Church building.

FROM BETSY ROSS/TACONY-PALMYRA BRIDGE, NORTHEAST PHILADELPHIA
Take either bridge into NJ and merge on to Route 73 South. If you take the Betsy Ross Bridge, this will place you a few miles further south than where the Tacony Bridge does. Continue on Route 73 South into Maple Shade, then take the exit for Route 537 (if you come to the interchange with Route 38, you went too far). The exit is marked by an uphill ramp on the right just after the overpass. Make a left at the top of the ramp (this is Main St. in Maple Shade; do not make a right and cross over 73). Continue about .5 miles on Main St. (approximately 3-4 blocks) and the Church will be on the left hand side at the intersection of Main St. & Fellowship Rd (make a left at the intersection and the Church is immediately on the right). Parking is around the block behind the Church building.
